"I really look for you to see a lot more of Felix Jones," owner Jerry Jones emphasized. The Cowboys attribute Jones' minor role in the first three games to "circumstance," but that's going to change. This is a move we have seen coming. The offense simply moves too slowly with Marion Barber in the game. Tashard Choice is worth a waiver addition as well since Jones hasn't shown the ability to shoulder the load.

Felix Jones - RB - Cowboys Felix Jones has reportedly not been trusted with a bigger share of the load in the Cowboys' backfield to date because he has never been "the guy" going back to his college career.
Despite a season-ending toe injury, a hamstring injury, and last year's PCL sprain, coach Wade Phillips insists injury concerns haven't played into the decision "a whole lot." Phillips also made it clear that Felix was drafted to replace Julius Jones in a "one-two punch" attack with Marion Barber. Signs point toward Jones' role increasing as soon as Sunday against the Titans, but he's never going to be a textbook feature back. October 10 - 5:06 a.m. ET

Marion Barber - RB - Cowboys Despite Marion Barber's (calf) return to a "limited" practice Wednesday, Cowboys interim coach Jason Garrett was noncommittal when asked after the workout whether Barber will play in Week 15.
"He's been making progress," Garrett said. "There's clearly a difference between that kind of progress and being able to play in a ballgame. It's important for him to be able to go out there and start to practice and see if he is able to start moving toward playing in a game." Look for Tashard Choice to back up Felix Jones again. Felix Jones - RB - Cowboys Felix Jones proved in 2010 that he is a "complete back," according to interim coach Jason Garrett.
"It was good to see him get more carries," Garrett said. "I didn't doubt that (he could handle it), but he got the opportunity and he responded well to it." Jones' 185 carries were more than the 146 in his first two seasons combined while his 48 receptions more than doubled the 21 in 2008-09. He will enter next season as the Cowboys' lead back.
